This integration enables LiveSwitch Contact and Concierge customers to easily trigger actions and share data from LiveSwitch with their other essential applications, such as Google Sheets, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Procore, HubSpot, and thousands of other applications.
With the addition of LiveSwitch to the Zapier integrations library, users can now create “Zaps” that connect LiveSwitch Contact and Concierge with the other applications they use. These Zaps enable customers to create or share contacts, conversations, and new video call links from LiveSwitch to customer relationship management platforms (CRMs), project management software, text messaging platforms, Google Workspace applications, and more.
LiveSwitch is used heavily across many different types of businesses, including home service contractors, property managers, self-storage facilities, moving companies, and healthcare providers. LiveSwitch Contact is a video communication platform that allows companies to text a link to their customers, employees, or subcontractors to immediately start a recorded video session or request a video recording. LiveSwitch Concierge allows businesses to offer live video chat on their websites, enabling them to provide industry-leading customer service and sales support.
