Michael Adams

About Michael Adams

Michael Adams is CEO of LiveSwitch, where he leads the executive team. He previously led product management for the company. Michael was part of the team led by Hamilton that made the decision to invest significantly in LiveSwitch in 2021. Prior to 2021, he served as the director of programs and operations for two nonprofit organizations that sought to expand entrepreneurship opportunities for under-served communities. He also worked in strategic consulting and communications for Hamilton Place Strategies in Washington D.C. Michael holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina.

Anne English

About Anne English

Anne is president of LiveSwitch. She brings to the company more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant and diverse functional expertise across many industries, from technology to media and beyond. Prior to joining LiveSwitch, Anne served as chief strategy officer at Allobee and founded Bamboo Strategic Advisors in Hong Kong, where she advised women founders on overcoming growth challenges. Earlier in her career, Anne held roles at Accenture and Booz & Co., and worked in analytics at Unilever. She began her career as the second employee at Sageworks, a fintech company that was later acquired. Anne holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and graduated magna cum laude in Economics and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Margaret Froneberger

VP, Enterprise Sales

About Margaret Froneberger

Margaret Froneberger is the vice president of channel and enterprise sales at LiveSwitch and brings significant experience driving multidisciplinary programs, constructing high-performance teams and streamlining operations. Prior to LiveSwitch, she was CEO of the Brian Hamilton Foundation, a foundation that she scaled nationally from its inception to include worldwide program participants. She started a successful corporate career in 2014 at Sageworks, one of the country's first fintech companies, where she led customer success, had P&L responsibilities, and later led company operations. Margaret has extensive research experience, completing research projects at Harvard Medical School and Duke University Medical Center. She graduated from Duke University with distinction.

Ryan Gaus

SVP, Sales

About Ryan Gaus

Ryan is senior vice president of sales at LiveSwitch and brings more than 15 years of global sales experience, where he has focused on scaling early and growth-stage SaaS companies. Prior to LiveSwitch, Ryan served as senior global account director at Comply365, a leading aviation technology provider to many of the world’s major airlines. Before Comply365, he spent 9 years at Sageworks, a Raleigh-based fintech firm, leading all sales outside of North America. He is a licensed North Carolina real estate agent and is the co-founder of a boutique investment brokerage, while also owning and managing a portfolio of properties across the state. Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina and studied Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh.

Brian Hamilton is one of America’s most successful entrepreneurs and a leading expert on entrepreneurship. He is known for his pioneering work in fintech, his advocacy for small businesses and his commitment to criminal justice reform. As the founder of Sageworks (now Abrigo), America’s first fintech company, Hamilton developed technology that translates complex financial data, empowering millions of small business owners. Through Inmates to Entrepreneurs and the Brian Hamilton Foundation, he encourages entrepreneurship as a means to economic opportunity. Hamilton’s work has been showcased by major media outlets like CNBC and Good Morning America, and he starred in ABC’s Free Enterprise TV series, an award-winning show based on Inmates to Entrepreneurs.

Oliver Hargreaves

Chief Product Officer

About Oliver Hargreaves

Oliver Hargreaves leads the product team at LiveSwitch. He previously worked as a development manager for the company. Oliver joined the company in June 2021 to help lead the transformation of the company after a strategic investment from Brian Hamilton. Prior to 2021, Oliver worked on the product team as an engineer and manager at a transportation logistics software company based in Cary, North Carolina. In this role, he helped build an internationally-used web application that helps small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, while managing a team of 30 engineers. Oliver holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.

James Hatfield

About James Hatfield

James is responsible for the LiveSwitch Ambassador program at LiveSwitch. He has extensive leadership experience across diverse roles and technology areas, with companies ranging from fast growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. James joined LiveSwitch from IQVIA. There his responsibilities as director led to the creation of the Customer Buying Experience, a streamlined purchasing process driven by product management teams. Prior to this role, James was president of sales for Sageworks. James holds a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Monte Mauney

About Monte Mauney

Monte oversees the talent acquisition team and all aspects of LiveSwitch's human resources strategy. As a highly driven leader with more than 12 years of experience, Monte's strategic HR and talent acquisition leadership is essential to LiveSwitch's organizational and revenue goals. Monte is passionate about helping growth stage SaaS companies scale by building best-in-class teams. Prior to joining LiveSwitch, Monte was the vice president of human resources at Sageworks (now Abrigo), a growth-stage financial information company that was acquired by the private equity firm Accel-KKR. After that successful exit, Monte served as VP of talent acquisition at Three Ships, a digital marketing company. Monte received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jack Ochs

About Jack Ochs

Jack Ochs is the Chief Marketing Officer at LiveSwitch. Prior to joining LiveSwitch, Jack held leadership positions at Sageworks (now Abrigo), a growth-stage financial information company that was acquired by the private equity firm Accel-KKR. At Sageworks, Jack served as the vice president of strategic initiatives, where, among other responsibilities, he managed custom development for the company's largest customer relationships. Jack graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Davidson College.

Juan Sistachs

About Juan Sistachs

Juan Sistachs leads the enterprise and channel sales division at LiveSwitch. Prior to LiveSwitch, Juan was the President of Sageworks, where he led the company's financial institution division. Prior to that,Juan founded and served as CEO of Backroom Enterprises, Inc. (BEI), a technology and consulting firm that provided fraud prevention solutions to the banking industry. Through BEI, Juan developed the first check fraud prevention program of its kind, which detected millions of dollars in fraudulent checks for top financial institutions. BEI was sold to Carreker. BEI's signature product is still widely used by financial institutions across the country and abroad. Juan received his bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. He is a recipient of the "Who's Who in Finance and Industry" award.

Jerod Venema

About Jerod Venema

Jerod is passionate about applying real-time communications technology to innovative solutions for business problems. Continuously engaged in ensuring each and every LiveSwitch customer receives the highest quality products and service, Jerod is always excited to explore and satisfy the unique requirements of each new project. Before founding Frozen Mountain (now LiveSwitch), Jerod worked as a senior project manager, senior software developer and application architect for a variety of companies including DuPont, Siemens and Prosperity Software Solutions. Jerod has been active in the open-source development community for several years. He holds two engineering degrees from North Carolina State University. With more than 16 years in the field, Jerod's knowledge and experience are invaluable in guiding LiveSwitch's operations.
