With this integration, Albi users can initiate live video calls, request customer-submitted recordings, and collect jobsite photos and videos from team members—all from tasks initiated within Albi’s platform.  The integration makes it possible for Albi users to easily navigate recordings and documentation from LiveSwitch on Albi projects using links. With the LiveSwitch Chrome Extension, users can access media directly in the platform.
