Apex, NC – July 8, 2025 – LiveSwitch, the leading instant video communication platform for home service professionals, released the LiveSwitch Launcher Chrome extension, allowing its customers to start a live video call or request a recording from any webpage that contains phone numbers.
The new extension is available to all users of LiveSwitch Contact, which helps businesses connect with customers through instant video and document their work in real time. The platform is widely adopted across industries such as home services, moving and self-storage.
LiveSwitch Launcher automatically detects phone numbers on any webpage and adds a clickable “L” icon next to each one, enabling users to start live video calls or request recordings with a single click.
“The ability to extend LiveSwitch Contact’s functionality across the internet is powerful,” said Michael Adams, chief executive officer of LiveSwitch. “Business owners have the ability to view their content directly in the technology they use to manage their business,” he added.

The extension is fully integrated with ServiceTitan and Jobber, enabling users to view contacts directly from the new Chrome extension. It also allows users to access videos, photos and files as interactive previews within the webpage.
Byron sees the Launcher as powerful for those using lesser-known platforms as well, “If you have a smaller CRM that doesn't integrate with LiveSwitch [directly], this is the way,” he said.
