English, who previously served as executive vice president, brings over two decades of strategic leadership experience and a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation to the company.
This promotion marks a significant milestone for LiveSwitch as the company continues to expand its footprint. Last month, it purchased a building to serve as its global headquarters in downtown Apex, NC. English’s appointment reinforces LiveSwitch’s commitment to delivering industry-leading solutions to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies and scaling operations to meet growing global demand for its technology.
LiveSwitch’s communications platform makes it easier for business owners to connect with customers and document their work in real-time. The company serves a diverse range of industries such as home services, education, moving, self-storage, property management and healthcare.
Anne English first joined LiveSwitch in 2024, reuniting with LiveSwitch Chairman Brian Hamilton, the renowned founder of Sageworks. English played a key role in Sageworks’ formative success, and her continued partnership with Hamilton underscores LiveSwitch’s focus on leveraging visionary leadership to propel its mission forward.
Prior to joining LiveSwitch, English served as chief strategy officer at Allobee, where she guided the company’s growth initiatives. She also founded Bamboo Strategic Advisors in Hong Kong, providing critical advisory services to women entrepreneurs. Earlier in her career, English built her foundation in strategy and operations through roles at Accenture, Booz & Co. and Unilever.
English earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
