Creating world-class technology is a game of inches and seconds. At LiveSwitch, we hold ourselves to the highest standard on the SPEED with which we solve problems. Whether it’s responding to a customer or developing a new product or feature, no one will outpace us.
We do not believe in middle (or upper) management at LiveSwitch. We believe in a flat company of OWNERS. We believe that the person closest to the data, not the person with the fancy title, should make decisions. Every employee, regardless of title or experience level, is empowered to make intelligent, data-driven decisions and to completely own their areas.
To survive alone as a technology company is difficult. To create technology that is truly innovative and that helps people is nearly impossible. Therefore, to achieve our mission we have an obligation to be UNREASONABLE. We are here to do something extraordinary, which means that each employee here is shooting for the stars. We cannot be, and will not be, limited by “reasonable” expectations.
Everything we do as a company must be centered around a true empathy, respect and LOVE for our customers. We are here to serve others, not ourselves. We do not have a “customer service” team, because every team member is responsible for immediately addressing (and anticipating) the needs of our customer base. Without our customers, we do not exist.
